Day 01: Arrival Cochin (35 km-1 hrs)
Arrive at Airport/Railway Station in Cochin and
you will be transferred to the Hotel. Munch the lunch at the Hotel
and be prepared to go across the Cochin Harbour. Arrive at Fort
Cochin to proceed on your sightseeing tour that takes you to Dutch
Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing nets,
etc. Enjoy the beauty of the place and discover Kerala in an entire
new way. Stay overnight at the Hotel in Cochin.
Day 02:Cochin - Munnar (150 km-4.5 hrs)
Take breakfast at the Hotel and check out for an
amazing journey to Munnar. En route enjoy scenic views of Cardamom
hills and green carpets of tea plantations. If interested go on a
self guided trekking tour. Stay overnight at the Hotel at Munnar.
Day 03: Munnar Visit Eravikulam
National Park to see rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiri
Tahr, Old Munnar Town, Dairy Farm and the Mattupetty Dam. Enjoy the
rest of the day on your own. Stay overnight at the Hotel.
Day 04: Munnar - Thekkady (120 km-4 hrs)
Have breakfast and further your trip to the wildlife sanctuary at
Periyar/Thekkady. After the visit check in at the Hotel/Resort.
During the evening view cruise on the Periyar Lake. Sightseeing will
include spotting a large variety of wildlife, which include
elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc. Stay overnight at the
Hotel.
Day 05 : Thekkady - Kumarakom (30 Km-1 hrs)
Fifth day of the tour takes you to Kumarakom after breakfast at the
Hotel. To enjoy your stay here check into a resort at the bank of
the Vembanand Lake. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own. Stay
overnight at the Hotel in Cochin. Day 06:
Kumarakom - Houseboat- Alleppey
Now begins that magical journey over the
backwater on Houseboat (Kettuvallam) cruise for 22 hours. While
floating over water enjoy panoramic views of village life at close
quarters and sunset scene. Stay overnight at the houseboat.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 07: Trivandrum - Kovalam (30 Km-1 hrs)
After the breakfast in the morning visit Kovalam
beach. Stay overnight at Kovalam.
Day 08: Kovalam Eighth Day of
the tour to Discover India takes you to sight seeing of
Thiruvananthapuram covering Museum complex, Padmanabha Swamy Temple,
Science & Technology museum, Veli Tourist village, Aakulam boat
club, Shangmugham Beach after breakfast. Return to Kovalam to stay

Day 09: Departure Trivandrum (30 kms-1 hrs)
Depart from Kovalam to reach the Airport/ Railway station at Cochin
